Cancel a subscription

Open your WhatPlane profile, select Manage subscription, then cancel through Stripe. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Your paid Plus access normally continues until the end of the current billing period.

Cancel the annual trial

Cancel before the end date shown at checkout and in your account to avoid the first annual charge. Deleting the app, signing out or not using the service does not cancel a trial or subscription.

Refund requests

Payments are not automatically refunded when you cancel. If you believe a charge was incorrect, duplicated or unauthorised, or the service was materially unavailable, email support@ratsystems.uk promptly with the account email, charge date and reason. Do not send full card details.

We assess requests fairly and honour refund, cancellation and cooling-off rights required by applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

Fuel Packs

Fuel Packs are delivered to the signed-in account after successful payment. If Fuel was not delivered or was granted to the wrong account because of a service error, contact support. Fuel already used is generally not refundable except where law requires otherwise.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Your bank controls how quickly the credit appears. A refund or payment reversal may remove the related Plus entitlement or unused Fuel grant.
